I’m in the last 2 days now of an 8 week tour, 33 shows around the country. Every Monday for 8 weeks we’ve driven the 200 miles from Brighton to Skegness, slept on site,  load-in & set up next morning, performed shows at 12 & 3pm, packed everything up back into the car, driven 300 miles across the country to Minehead North Devon (where I am now!) arriving just before midnight on Tuesday. Then I do the whole thing over again and drive 200 miles to Bognor Regis to do the whole thing all over AGAIN!  I get back to my home town of Brighton on Thursday evening. 8 weeks! to Azerbajan and back!

A lot of driving, to be sure. But of course, I love to perform, and got to admit it’s a buzz when I see everyone so engaged in my bubbles! I know the kids will get on board, but when you see the adults faces light up, that’s the best.

33 shows.. that’s nearly 100 people I’ve put in bubbles on this run. Some stand out. Like the little girl who when I asked her where she’s from she paused, then replied “My mum and my dad.”

Or Aidan - the kid who came to 6 shows! In his very own Butlins redcoat! 

Or the Dad who whilst not the tallest person I’ve put in a bubble, had to be the widest! My bubble hoop nearly didn’t go around him! Well, it didn’t the first couple of times, but the sound from the audience when I fully encased him in a bubble was fantastic!

And best of all,  last night  got this lovely review from a parent:

“Thank you so much for what you do! My autistic daughter sat and watched a full show today for the very 1^sttime and even was right at the front laughing away with me!!! You have no idea how special this is – she gets really scared in large crowds and noisy places.

You also pulled my other little girl up on stage which she hasn’t stopped talking about since lol made her birthday!! Amazing act. “
